چکیده

Spectral unmixing is one of the most important quantitative analysis tasks in hyperspectral data processing. Conventional physics-based models are characterized by clear interpretation. However they may not be suitable for analyzing scenes with unknown complex physical characteristics. Data-driven methods have developed rapidly recent years, particular deep learning because possess superior capability modeling and nonlinear systems. Simply transferring these as black-boxes to conduct lead low interpretability generalization ability. This article reviews works that integrate advantages both data-driven means neural network structures design, prior design loss design. Most derive from a common mathematical optimization framework, combine good high accuracy.

An Overview of Nonlinear Spectral Unmixing Methods in the Processing of Hyperspectral Data

The hyperspectral imagery provides images in hundreds of spectral bands within different wavelength regions. This technology has increasingly applied in different fields of earth sciences, such as minerals exploration, environmental monitoring, agriculture, urban science, and planetary remote sensing. However, despite the ability of these data to detect surface features, the measured spectrum i...

Comparative Evaluation of Image Fusion Methods for Hyperspectral and Panchromatic Data Fusion in Agricultural and Urban Areas

Nowadays remote sensing plays a key role in the field of earth science studies due to some of the advantages, including data collection at a very low cost and time on a very large scale. Meanwhile, using hyperspectral data is of great importance due to the high spectral resolution. Because of some limitations, such as hyperspectral imaging technology, it suffers from a reduction in the spatial ...

Unmixing Hyperspectral Data

In hyperspectral imagery one pixel typically consists of a mixture of the re ectance spectra of several materials, where the mixture coe cients correspond to the abundances of the constituting materials. We assume linear combinations of re ectance spectra with some additive normal sensor noise and derive a probabilistic MAP framework for analyzing hyperspectral data. As the material reectance c...

Use of Physics Based Models in Hyperspectral Image Exploitation

This paper describes a concept for using physics based models to support exploitation of remotely sensed image spectrometer data. It then reviews several methods from the literature illustrating more specifically how physics based models have been used as part of atmospheric correction, water quality assessment and temperature measurement algorithms. Finally a new approach for using model based...
